wherein
X is O, S, or NRa, wherein Ra is H or —(C1-C12)alkyl;
Y is NRbRc, ORd, SRe, or

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
 wherein A and B are each independently O, N, or S;
G is H, halo, or —(C1-C12)alkyl;
Rb, Rc Rd, and Re are each independently H or —(C1-C12)alkyl;
R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each independently H, halo, OH, SH, NH2, or —(C1-C12)alkyl; and
Z is a monosaccharide or peptide;
wherein each —(C1-C12)alkyl moiety is unbranched or branched, saturated or partially unsaturated, and substituted optionally with one or more halo, OH or NH2.
