R6 is alkyl, carbocyclyl, heterocarbocyclyl, alkoxy, carbocycloxy, heterocarbocycloxy, or cycloalkoxy, wherein R6 is optionally substituted with one or more, the same or different, R10;
R10 is alkyl, amino, carbocyclyl, heterocarbocyclyl, alkoxy, carbocycloxy, heterocarbocycloxy, cycloalkoxy, or carbonyl, wherein R10 is optionally substituted with one or more, the same or different, R11; and
R11 is hydroxy, alkyl, carbocyclyl, heterocarbocyclyl, alkoxy, carbocycloxy, heterocarbocycloxy, cycloalkoxy, or carbonyl.
