1. A wrist brace, comprising:
a glove-like structure formed of a flexible elastic material to conform to a human wrist and hand and having a palm side, a back side, a thumb side and an outer side; and
a first support section formed on the palm side of the glove-like structure with a larger volume of the flexible elastic material relative to the other sections of the glove-like structure to resist rotational movements of the human wrist when worn;
a first plurality of holes formed in the flexible material on the palm side of the glove-like structure but not on the first support section, the first plurality of holes having a first size; and
a second plurality of holes formed in the flexible material to create the first support section, the second plurality of holes having a second size smaller than the first size.
