1. A method, comprising:
receiving anatomical data to generate an estimated volume of a cavity of a patient's organ;
using an electrophysiology probe positioned in the cavity and configured to collect map points, each map point including a respective 3D coordinate of a tissue surface of the organ and a physiological property measured at the respective tissue surface;
based on the map points constructing an estimated partial surface of the tissue surface that was already mapped in the cavity;
identifying a region of the tissue surface not yet represented by the estimated partial surface;
displaying a position of a distal end of the electrophysiology probe;
displaying an indicator of a direction toward the region from the position of the electrophysiology probe as displayed; and
moving the distal end of the electrophysiology probe in the direction toward the region to complete construction of the estimated partial surface.
