a first panel;
a second panel, the panels each having opposite first and second ends and opposite third and fourth ends each extending from the first end to the second end;
a gusset positioned between the first ends, between the second ends, between the third ends and between the fourth ends, the gusset comprising a single row of ports, the ports each extending through a thickness of the gusset, the ports being positioned between the first ends, between the second ends, between the third ends and between the fourth ends, the first panel, the second panel and the gusset defining a cover; and
a fill material disposed within the cover, the fill material consisting of a foam material,
wherein the gusset is formed from an open cell construction and comprises a plurality of colinear portions, a first colinear portion having a first number of ports and a second colinear portion that is not colinear with the first colinear portion having a second number of ports that is less than the first number of ports, the second number of ports being greater than zero, the open cell construction being formed by spaced apart strands that are not connected at points of intersection to permit free movement between contacting strands, and
wherein the pillow is configured to have air enter the cover at least through the first and second panels and have the air exit the cover through the ports.
