A seed of hybrid corn variety CH010397, produced by crossing a first plant of variety CV398787 with a second plant of variety CV397090, wherein representative seeds of said varieties CV398787 and CV397090 are deposited under NCMA Accession No. 202106010 and NCMA Accession No. 202106008, respectively.
