7. A user equipment (UE) receiving a feedback in a narrowband (NB)-Internet of Things (IoT) system, the UE comprising:
a radio frequency (RF) module configured to transmit and receive a radio signal; and
a processor functionally connected to the RF module,
wherein the processor is configured to:
receive, from a base station, a preconfigured uplink (UL) resource (PUR) configuration via radio resource control (RRC) signaling;
while in an idle mode, transmit, to the base station, uplink data on the PUR ending in subframe n; and
receive, from the base station, Downlink Control Information (DCI) related to a feedback for the uplink data through a narrowband physical downlink control channel (NPDCCH) in a feedback window whose a starting subframe is a Downlink (DL) subframe after 4 DL subframes from the subframe n, such that monitoring of the UE for the feedback window is stopped after the transmission of the DCI,
wherein a first state of a specific field included in the DCI is related to the feedback, and a second state of the specific field is related to a fallback indication for the UE.
