1. A building analysis (“BA”) system for detecting events of a building, the system comprising:
a plurality of sensors positioned within a building, the plurality of sensors configured to detect a condition of an infrastructure of the building, wherein the infrastructure includes (i) a plurality of fixtures associated with the building and (ii) a plurality of persons located within the building, and wherein the plurality of sensors comprises a sensor configured to detect audio data of at least one of the plurality of fixtures associated with the building and of at least one person of the plurality of persons located within the building;
a memory device; and
a building analysis (“BA”) server communicatively coupled to the plurality of sensors, the BA server including one or more processors in communication with the memory device, wherein the one or more processors are programmed to:
build a profile for the infrastructure using historical sensor data received over a period of time, the profile including i) detected historic conditions of the plurality of fixtures included within or part of the building and ii) detected historic conditions of the at least one person including audio data of the at least one person;
store the profile in the memory device;
receive current person audio data from the at least one person;
compare current person audio data to the profile to determine a change from the detected historic conditions of the at least one person, wherein the determined change is used to determine a condition associated with the building;
generate, based upon the comparison, an alert message that includes the determined condition and a recommended action for an owner of the building, wherein the recommended action is at least one of a preventative action or a corrective action; and
transmit the alert message to a user computing device associated with the owner of the building.
