1. A method, comprising:
obtaining a plurality of measurements of electromagnetic properties of a multiphase fluid mixture, from which at least one of permittivity or conductivity can be determined, at an electromagnetic sensor location located at or downstream from a mixing device;
obtaining an average, maximum, and minimum of the plurality of measurements at the electromagnetic sensor location over a time period; and
determining a liquid fraction of the multiphase fluid mixture at the electromagnetic sensor location based on the average, maximum, and minimum of the plurality of measurements at the electromagnetic sensor location over the time period.
