1. A modified polyolefin resin, which is a modified product of a polyolefin resin and satisfies (A) and (B):
(A): a modifying component comprises (a1) an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative having a cyclic structure and (a2) a (meth)acrylate ester; and
(B): a ring-opening degree expressed by formula (1) is 40 or more,
Dro=Kmd×Rro  (1),
wherein, in the formula (1), Dro is the ring-opening degree, Kmd is the modification degree K representing a grafting weight, in % by weight, of the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative (a1), and Rro is the ring-opening rate R which is a ring-opening rate (%) of the cyclic structure in the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative (a1), Rro being 80% or less.
