1. An exercise system comprising:
a translatable positioning assembly comprising a handle assembly having a trigger lock, the handle assembly being configured to engage with a frame member of a rack in such a way that the handle assembly can be selectively positioned along the frame member, the trigger lock being configured to engage with at least one aperture of a first plurality of apertures of the frame member when a desired position for the translatable positioning assembly is selected;
an armature that is pivotably coupled to the handle assembly in such a way that the armature can pivot in a first plane, the armature being configured to pivot in a second plane; and
a weight post secured to an armature adapter by a connector, wherein the connector additionally engages at least one aperture of a plurality of apertures of the armature, the armature adapter being selectively positionable along the armature, the weight post configured to allow a user to attach a first load to the armature;
wherein the armature adapter includes a plurality of apertures and wherein the connector engages at least one aperture of the plurality of the apertures of the armature adapter to secure the weight post to the armature adapter, the weight post being selectively positionable along the armature adapter.
