1. A soft tissue cutting device, comprising:
a handle, comprising:
a recess for receiving a syringe; and
an attachment mechanism for attaching a distal end of the syringe to the handle;
an inner tubular member, comprising:
a proximal end attached to the handle in fluid communication with the attachment mechanism;
a distal end with a distal opening;
an internal chamber extending between the proximal end and the distal end, such that when the syringe is attached to the attachment mechanism, fluid may be passed from the syringe through the inner tubular member and out the distal opening; and
a ramp on an outer surface of the inner tubular member;
an outer tubular member disposed over at least a portion of the inner tubular member and movable between an initial position and an extended position, a distal end of the outer tubular member comprising a cutting edge, wherein the outer tubular member travels over the ramp on the outer surface of the inner tubular member and thus elevates to expose the cutting edge and cut tissue when it is moved from the initial position to the extended position; and
a thumb slider coupled with the handle and the outer tubular member for moving the outer tubular member between the initial position and the extended position.
