1. A display apparatus comprising:
a substrate having a through hole, the substrate including a display area surrounding the through hole and a non-display area between the through hole and the display area;
a display element in the display area of the substrate, the display element comprising a pixel electrode, an opposite electrode, and an intermediate layer between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode;
a pixel circuit electrically connected to the display element;
an encapsulation layer on the display element;
a plurality of touch electrodes on the encapsulation layer, the plurality of touch electrodes being in the display area; and
a groove in the non-display area, wherein the groove is defined in a multi-layered film comprising an organic insulating layer and a metal layer on the organic insulating layer.
