1. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
transmitting uplink feedback responsive to an attempt to receive a downlink transmission, wherein the uplink feedback comprises an indication of a configuration identifier corresponding to a resource for retransmission;
activating, based at least in part on transmitting the uplink feedback, the resource for retransmission, wherein the resource comprises a semi-persistent scheduling occasion; and
receiving the retransmission in the semi-persistent scheduling occasion.
