1. An apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed with the at least one processor, to cause the apparatus to:
transmit one or more reference signals to one or more user devices;
perform preliminary sensing over a sensing area of interest based at least partly on the one or more reference signals;
detect, based on the preliminary sensing, a presence of one or more objects in the sensing area of interest;
determine, based at least partly on the one or more reference signals, a confidence level for detecting the presence of the one or more objects in the sensing area of interest;
trigger, based at least partly on the confidence level, sensing with a higher resolution than a resolution of the preliminary sensing;
allocate, based at least partly on the triggering, radio resources for performing the sensing with the higher resolution; and
perform the sensing with the higher resolution over the sensing area of interest using the allocated radio resources.
