1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium (CRM) having instructions, stored thereon, that when executed by one or more processors cause a user equipment (UE) to perform operations, the operations comprising:
receiving a first downlink signal on a first component carrier and a second downlink signal on a second component carrier with a first receive beam according to intra-band non-contiguous carrier aggregation;
switching to a second receive beam to receive a third downlink signal on the first component carrier and a fourth downlink signal on the second component carrier at a slot boundary or a frame boundary of the first or second component carrier; and
interrupting or causing interruption of downlink communication on the first component carrier or the second component carrier based on the switch.
