1. A stator comprising:
a ring comprising:
teeth creating between them slots, the slots being open radially toward the outside of the ring, and
bridges of material each connecting two adjacent teeth at their base on the side of the air gap and defining the bottom of the slot between these teeth, bridges of material each having at least one region of reduced magnetic permeability that is in the form of:
at least one localized narrowing formed by at least one groove extending along the longitudinal axis of the stator in the thickness of the bridge of material or at least one localized crushing of the material in the width d of the bridge of material, and/or
at least one opening in the width/of the bridge of material, and/or
at least one localized treatment in the width/of the bridge of material, which locally reduces the magnetic permeability of the bridge of material, and 1 windings each formed of a plurality of turns of a unique electrical conductor and placed in the slots of the ring after winding in a distributed manner,
the ring being produced by superposition among a thickness of the ring of precut magnetic laminations, the precut magnetic lamination being each monobloc and forming a circumferentially complete layer of the ring, or by winding into a helix a strip of a precut magnetic sheet.
