1. A display panel comprising:
a substrate;
an anode electrode on the substrate;
an organic compound layer on the anode electrode; and
a cathode electrode on the organic compound layer;
wherein the substrate includes a first pixel area and a second pixel area that is adjacent to the first pixel area,
wherein the cathode electrode includes a first opening between the first pixel area and the second pixel area, and a second opening in the second pixel area that is non-overlapping with a light emitting layer of the display panel,
wherein a shape of the first opening and a shape of the second opening are different from each other in a plan view of the display panel, and
wherein the cathode electrode includes:
a first cathode electrode disposed in the first pixel area; and
a second cathode electrode disposed in the second pixel area to separate from the first cathode electrode, the second cathode electrode having an inner electrode surrounded by the first opening and an extrusion electrode extending from one end of the inner electrode.
