1. A computer-implemented method, comprising:
providing a prompt that instructs a user to enter an identifier as part of an access process for an account session; and
in response to determining that the identifier is incorrectly entered as part of the access process for the account session:
providing an additional prompt that instructs the user to draw a mark;
identifying behavioral characteristics of the user while the user draws the mark;
comparing the behavioral characteristics to a behavioral profile based on prior behavioral characteristics of the user; and
enabling the account session in response to determining that a variation between the behavioral characteristics and the behavioral profile is within a threshold.
