1. An automated classification and interpretation device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
retrieve one or more datasets from a data source;
select a target standard including schema and variables;
map the retrieved one or more datasets to the schema and variables of the target standard;
determine, for variables in the retrieved one or more datasets and based on the mapped one or more datasets, one or more variable classifications of the variables in the retrieved one or more datasets, one or more variable connections within the variables in the retrieved one or more datasets, and one or more groupings of the variables in the retrieved one or more datasets;
perform, based on the mapping and the determining, a de-identifying process with respect to the retrieved one or more datasets; and
convert, based on the mapping, the determining, and the de-identifying process, the retrieved one or more datasets to the target standard.
