1. An assembly, comprising:
a pump; and
a valve having a normally-open configuration and coupled along a fluid link between a reservoir and an accumulator vessel;
the pump configured to:
establish a reverse pressure differential across the valve to produce a closed state of the valve after moving fluid in a forward flow direction from the reservoir to the accumulator vessel through the valve in an open state;
establish a forward pressure differential across the valve in the closed state to produce an open state of the valve;
moving the fluid through the fluid link in a reverse flow direction from the accumulator vessel to the reservoir through the valve in the open state to drain the accumulator; and
maintain the open state by at least moving the fluid in the reverse flow direction with a flow rate below a flow rate threshold.
