1. A fluid control valve, comprising:
a valve body defining a chamber, the chamber comprising an inlet chamber, an outlet chamber, a diaphragm chamber, and an intermediate chamber spacing the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber;
an inlet in fluid communication with the inlet chamber;
an outlet in fluid communication with the outlet chamber, a first axis extending between the inlet and the outlet, the diaphragm chamber on a first side of the first axis;
a valve seat between the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber, the valve seat having a curved surface and a groove formed in the curved surface;
a diaphragm disposed within the chamber, the diaphragm having a first layer forming a first diaphragm surface facing the diaphragm chamber, a second layer forming a second diaphragm surface facing the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber, and a middle layer between the first layer and the second layer, the diaphragm has a first position corresponding to the inlet chamber being in fluid communication with the outlet chamber and a second position in which the diaphragm contacts the curved surface of the valve seat to seal the inlet chamber from the outlet chamber; and
a plurality of ports extending parallel with one another and in a same plane through the valve body from an outer surface of the valve body to the chamber, the plurality of ports on a second side of the first axis opposite the first side, a first port of the plurality of ports coupled with the intermediate chamber, the first port extending along a second axis, the second axis is perpendicular to the first axis, the second axis passes through the diaphragm chamber along a direction of movement of the diaphragm between the first position and the second position, the first port having a diameter corresponding to a width of the groove.
