1. An in-situ 3-dimensional (3D) laser head, comprising:
a reflector that is attached to a tubular inside of a wellbore engaged in a drilling operation;
two protectors attached to the tubular inside of the wellbore; and
a focused lens positioned between the two protectors, wherein the reflector is configured to reflect a laser beam towards the focused lens, and the reflector and the focused lens are vertically displaceable and rotatable to direct the laser beam, as a divergent beam, towards a cased hole leak on the wellbore, and wherein the laser beam is configured to generate a corresponding level of temperature at the cased hole leak according to a rock type of a formation at the cased hole leak.
