1. A method of drilling a wellbore, the method comprising pumping a drilling fluid into the wellbore during drilling of the wellbore, the drilling fluid comprising a composition having a first component comprising particles having a scratch hardness above 2 Mohs and a second component comprising particles of comminuted whole seeds, with their testa, of Tamarindus indica, wherein the second component comprises comminuted components from the testa and kernel of the whole Tamarindus indica seeds in about the same proportions as those components are found in the whole Tamarindus indica seeds prior to being comminuted, the composition being configured to form an impermeable film on a surface of the wellbore and thereby substantially prevent fluid loss through porous portions of the wellbore.
