1. A device for neck exercises comprising:
a base defining a surface engaging side and an opposite inner side;
a movable body defining a user engaging surface; and
a resistance assembly comprising at least one resistance element comprising flexible and resilient material and a rigid structure comprising a pair of arms mounted at respective top ends thereof to the movable body and movably mounted at respective bottom ends thereof to the base, the bottom ends of the pair of arms being movable along a length of the base, the resistance element comprising a U-shaped configuration having a central portion thereof mounted to the base and free ends thereof operatively connected to the bottom ends of the pair of arms,
wherein pressure by the head of a user against the user engaging surface imparts a movement to the movable body towards the base providing pressure of the movable body, the rigid structure thereby imparting a movement of the rigid structure towards the base, the resistance element resisting the movement of the bottom ends of the arms along the length of the base thereby resisting the movement of the rigid structure and the movable body towards the base.
