A recombinant Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)-Coronavirus (CoV)-2 receptor binding domain (RBD) trimer protein capable of generating broad-spectrum cross neutralization activity, wherein the trimer protein is composed of subunits of three SARS-COV-2 protein RBD regions, and the amino acid sequence of the trimer protein is the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 4.
