1. A system for evaluating player performance during a sporting event, comprising:
at least one camera for capturing images of a player while participating in the sporting event; and
at least one processor configured to receive the captured images from the at least one camera and to analyze the captured images to determine a trajectory of an object moved by the player during the sporting event, the at least one processor further configured to analyze the captured images to determine orientations and movements of at least one body part of the player while the player is participating in the sporting event, wherein the at least one processor is further configured to determine at least one trajectory parameter indicative of the trajectory, wherein the at least one processor is further configured to assess, based on the orientations and the movements of the at least one body part determined by the at least one processor, a balance of the player while the player is performing at least one action at the sporting event, wherein the at least one processor is configured to categorize the at least one action, wherein the at least one processor is further configured to assess the balance of the player for the at least one action based on a category of the at least one action, and wherein the at least one processor is configured to perform comparisons of the orientations and the movements of the at least one body part for the at least one action to information derived from historical data for the category indicative of orientations and movements of at least one body part of at least one player participating in previous sporting events; and
at least one output device configured to provide feedback for use in evaluating a performance of the player, the feedback based on the at least one trajectory parameter and the assessment of the balance by the at least one processor.
