1. A spectacle lens comprising:
a central viewing zone providing a first power for distance vision;
a lower viewing zone providing a second power for near vision, wherein the lower viewing zone is connected to the central viewing zone by a first progressing power region having a power varying from the power of the central viewing zone to the greater power of the lower viewing zone;
peripheral vision zones each providing a third power at a prescribed field angle, wherein each peripheral vision zone is connected to the central viewing zone by a second progressing power region having a power varying from the power of the central viewing zone to the greater power of each peripheral vision zone; and
an upper viewing zone having a greater power than the central viewing zone providing a fourth power for intermediate vision.
