1. A portable light comprising:
an elongate body having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a longitudinal axis extending through the first and second ends;
extension poles telescopically coupled to the first end of the elongate body;
a clamping assembly coupled to at least one of the extension poles, the clamping assembly being movable between a clamped position and an unclamped position to allow relative axial movement between the at least one of the extension poles and the elongate body;
a base housing coupled to the second end of the elongate body;
a head assembly pivotably coupled to one of the extension poles via a first hinge between the head assembly and the one of the plurality of extension poles, the head assembly including a plurality of light heads;
each of the plurality of light heads pivotably coupled to the head assembly via a respective second hinge on the head assembly;
a locking assembly including an actuator and a locking member coupled for movement with the actuator;
a plurality of legs pivotably coupled to the elongate body; and
a first locking recess disposed adjacent the first end of the elongate body and a second locking recess disposed adjacent the second end of the elongate body, wherein the locking member is alternately receivable in the first locking recess and the second locking recess to inhibit movement of the plurality of legs relative to the elongate body, and wherein the locking member is removable from the first locking recess and the second locking recess to enable movement of the plurality of legs relative to the elongate body,
wherein each of the plurality of legs is pivotably coupled to the elongate body, the plurality of legs being movable between a first position, in which the plurality of legs is collapsed against the elongate body and the locking member is received within the first locking recess, and a second position, in which the plurality of legs is obliquely angled relative to the elongate body and the locking member is received within the second locking recess,
wherein the plurality of light heads is configured to alternately face simultaneously in a first direction, in which the plurality of light heads emits light in a direction parallel with the longitudinal axis, and face simultaneously in a second direction opposite of the first direction.
