An assembly to slidably mount a monitor to a monitor arm, the assembly including a first track and a second track, the second track receiving the first track in a sliding relationship, a plate, the plate received in a sliding relationship in the first track, the plate connected to a first component of the monitor arm and the second track connected to a second component of the monitor arm.
