1. A flexible flywheel comprising:
a shaft fastening portion having an annular shape and being configured to be fixed to an end portion of a shaft of a rotating machine;
an inertia ring having an annular shape and having an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the shaft fastening portion;
a first elastic spoke portion extending in a radial direction of the shaft fastening portion, including a first end edge joined to the shaft fastening portion and a second end edge joined to the inertia ring, and including a first side edge and a second side edge spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the shaft fastening portion;
a second elastic spoke portion being spaced apart from the first elastic spoke portion in the circumferential direction, extending in the radial direction, including a third end edge joined to the shaft fastening portion and a fourth end edge joined to the inertial ring, and including a third side edge and a fourth side edge spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction;
at least one weight portion being between the first elastic spoke portion and the second elastic spoke portion in the circumferential direction, protruding from the shaft fastening portion toward the inertia ring, including a free end spaced apart from the inertia ring and a flat upper face, and being thicker than the first elastic spoke portion and the second elastic spoke portion;
a first sloped portion sloping from the flat upper surface down to the first elastic spoke portion; and
a second sloped portion sloping from the flat upper surface down to the second elastic spoke portion.
