1. A thermoplastic resin composition, comprising 100 parts by weight of a base resin comprising an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer; and from 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a matting agent having a refractive index of from 1.46 to 1.53,
wherein the thermoplastic resin composition satisfies Equations 1 and 2 below:

wherein G denotes a gloss of a sheet having a size of 0.15 T as measured at 60° using a gloss meter,
Hz<Tt,  [Equation 2]
wherein Hz and Tt denote haze (%) and total light transmittance (%) of a sheet having a size of 0.15 T, respectively.
