1. A wheeled vehicle comprising:
a main vehicle body;
a seat for supporting a rider;
a plurality of wheels with at least one of said wheels being a steerable wheel having a first steering axis and a second steering axis that is different from said first steering axis, wherein said second steering axis passes through said main vehicle body; and
a handle bar for allowing the rider to control said steerable wheel;
a position adjusting assembly comprising:
a hub defining a portion of said main vehicle body, said hub comprising a first hub portion and a second huh portion movable relative to one another, wherein said first hub portion is movable relative to one of said steering axes;
a seat support for connecting said seat to said hub; and
a handle bar support for connecting said handle bar to said hub;
wherein said hub is configured for movably interconnecting said plurality of wheels, said seat support, and said handle bar support relative to said main vehicle body.
