1. A method for monitoring a battery state without interruption of functioning a battery system utilizing a battery twin, the battery system comprising a plurality of battery cells connected to each other, and the battery twin comprising at least one battery twin cell which is identical to at least one battery cell of the battery cells of the battery system, the method comprising:
measuring at least one parameter of the at least one battery cell of the battery system, the measured at least one parameter describing working conditions of the at least one battery cell and the entire battery system while operating;
performing an offline measurement part comprising:
reproducing the working conditions described with the measured at least one parameter on the battery twin such that the at least one parameter of the battery twin under the reproduced working conditions is equal to the measured at least one parameter of the at least one battery cell of the battery system; and
measuring at least one further parameter of the battery twin while the battery twin is working under the reproduced working conditions;
making a judgment about the battery state based on the measured at least one further parameter of the battery twin after performing the offline measurement part; and
adjusting an actual battery state based on the at least one further parameter of the battery twin measured within the offline measurement part.
