A seed of hybrid corn variety CH011173, produced by crossing a first plant of variety CV342520 with a second plant of variety CV397090, wherein representative seeds of said varieties CV342520 and CV397090 are deposited under ATCC Accession No. PTA-121222 and NCMA Accession No. 202106008, respectively.
