1. A method for automatically controlling presentation of digital content on an emissive surface within a facility space, the method for use with a first facility space that includes at least a first user sensor and at least an emissive surface, the user sensor for detecting location and facing directions of users within the facility space, the emissive surface for presenting digital content to users within the facility space, the method comprising the steps of:
detecting a first user location and facing direction within the facility space;
based on the first user location and facing direction within the facility space, identifying a first portion of the emissive surface on which to present digital content wherein the first portion is less than the entire emissive surface; and
presenting digital content on the identified first portion of the emissive surface.
