1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a user equipment (UE), first downlink control information (DCI) format with a field indicating a change to K2min which is an applied minimum scheduling offset restriction related to a minimum value of an offset between a slot for receiving DCI format and a slot for transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) scheduled by the received DCI format, in a slot n of a scheduling cell,
receiving, by the UE, second DCI format based on a changed K2min value in slot n+X of the scheduling cell, and
transmitting, by the UE, a PUSCH scheduled by the second DCI format,
wherein the X is determined based on a following equation,

OG Complex Work Unit Math
wherein the Y is a currently applied K0min value in a scheduled cell, the K0min is an applied minimum scheduling offset restriction related to a minimum value of an offset between a slot for receiving specific DCI format and a slot for receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by the specific DCI format, the μPDCCH is a subcarrier spacing configuration for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in the scheduling cell, the μPDSCH is a subcarrier spacing configuration for a PDSCH in the scheduled cell, and the Z is a value determined by a subcarrier spacing in the scheduling cell,
wherein based on the subcarrier spacing in the scheduling cell being 15 kHz, 30 kHz, 60 kHz, 120 kHz, the Z is 1, 1, 2, 2, respectively, and
wherein, based on the first DCI format being received in symbols after a specific symbol index of the slot n, the X is determined after increasing the Z by 1.
