1. A user equipment (UE) for use in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
a processor; and
a communication module,
wherein the processor is configured to:
receive a downlink control information (DCI) format in a slot #n, wherein the DCI format requests uplink control information (UCI) re-transmission and includes:
a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) field, and
a physical downlink shared channel-to-hybrid automatic repeat request (PDSCH-to-HARQ) feedback timing indicator field; and
transmit HARQ-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information in-associated with a slot #(n−k) via a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a slot #(n+p), wherein the k is determined based on a value of the MCS field, and wherein the slot #(n+p) is after the slot #(n−k), and the p is determined based on a value of the PDSCH-to-HARQ feedback timing indicator field.
