1. An apparatus for wireless communication at a wireless device, comprising:
memory; and
at least one processor coupled to the memory and, based at least in part on information stored in the memory, the at least one processor is configured to:
receive an indication of a power adjustment between a set of resource allocations from a first time instance to a second time instance, wherein the set of resource allocations is associated with first wireless communication between a network node and a user equipment (UE) via the wireless device, wherein the first wireless communication between the network node and the UE is a multi-hop communication including a plurality of hops; and
adjust a power backoff (BO) of the wireless device based on the indication of the power adjustment between the set of resource allocations, and wherein to adjust the power BO of the wireless device, the at least one processor is configured to:
adjust, based on a location of the wireless device in the plurality of hops, a maximum emitted power of a power amplifier (PA) at the wireless device or a signal power level for the PA at the wireless device.
