1. A device, comprising:
a processing system including a processor; and
a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:
determining an interruption of a supply of power to a cell site of a cellular communication network;
determining a number of cellular devices attached to the cell site at a time of the interruption;
estimating an estimated time to restoration (ETR) of the supply of power to the cell site; and
determining, based in part on the ETR and the number of cellular devices attached to the cell site at the time of the interruption, a response to the interruption of the supply of power to the cell site.
