1. An emergency data manager comprising:
a data ingestion module, operative to receive emergency data, comprising mobile device location data, from mobile devices that have placed emergency calls to a plurality of public safety answering points (PSAPs);
event correlation logic, operative to correlate all the emergency data incoming to the data ingestion module;
a geofence module, operative to filter all emergency data using a plurality of geofences, and to provide a portion of the emergency data, the portion being determined by geofence module filtering, to an authorized PSAP based on the portion of the emergency data corresponding to locations within a geofence of the authorized PSAP, the geofence defining a jurisdictional boundary for the authorized PSAP; and
a mapping module, operative to generate a jurisdictional map view in a cloud-based user interface provided to the authorized PSAP, the jurisdictional map view corresponding to a jurisdictional boundary of the authorized PSAP, and the mapping module providing location indicators on the jurisdictional map view corresponding to mobile devices that have placed emergency calls while located within the jurisdictional boundary of the authorized PSAP, the cloud-based user interface provided to the authorized PSAP comprising a call queue and an alarm queue.
