1. An apparatus for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE), comprising:
one or more memories storing processor-executable code; and
one or more processors coupled with the one or more memories and individually or collectively operable to execute the code to cause the apparatus to:
receive first configuration signaling indicating a schedule of occasions for multicast data messages via a multicast data channel;
receive second configuration signaling indicating a plurality of uplink control channel resources associated with the multicast data channel;
monitor, according to the indicated schedule, a plurality of occasions for a plurality of multicast data messages via the multicast data channel;
select an uplink control channel resource of the plurality of uplink control channel resources for a feedback transmission based at least in part on which multicast data message of the plurality of multicast data messages the UE fails to correctly decode according to the monitoring the plurality of occasions, the selected uplink control channel resource indicating which multicast data message of the plurality of multicast data messages the UE fails to correctly decode; and
transmit negative acknowledgment feedback information via the selected uplink control channel resource.
