wherein the plurality of cells is configured with a Code Block Group, CBG, based transmission and a transport block, TB, based transmission, and
wherein each of the two or more DCIs respectively includes a counter downlink assignment index (DAI) and a total DAI,
identify a TB-based PDSCH reception or a CBG-based PDSCH reception on the corresponding cell among the plurality of cells based on a format of the each of the two or more DCIs,
perform the CBG-based PDSCH reception and the TB-based PDSCH reception in the plurality of cells based on the two or more DCIs, and
transmit a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) codebook including a first HARQ-ACK sub-codebook for the TB-based PDSCH reception and a second HARQ-ACK sub-codebook for the CBG-based PDSCH reception,
wherein the counter DAI and optionally total DAI are separately applied for each of the first HARQ-ACK sub-codebook or the second HARQ-ACK sub-codebook, according to the CBG-based PDSCH reception and the TB-based PDSCH reception.
