1. A system comprising:
an electroencephalogram (EEG) device to receive EEG data;
a memory; and
one or more processors to perform operations to:
maintain, in the memory, a conversational database mapping each EEG signal of a plurality of EEG signals of a patient to (i) a corresponding individual of a plurality of individuals with whom a patient is likely to interact and (ii) a corresponding response data set of a plurality of response data sets;
receive, from the EEG device, responsive to an encounter of the patient with a first individual of the plurality of individuals, a first EEG signal of the patient;
determine a second EEG signal in the conversational database that matches the first EEG signal received from the EEG device;
determine a conversational response based on a response data set mapped to the second EEG signal in the conversational database; and
output the conversational response on behalf of the patient responsive to the encounter of the patient with the first individual.
