1. A semiconductor device comprising a control circuit configured to suppress a current variation by turning on or off current sources when transitioning to a standby mode,
wherein the control circuit has a function of predicting a current variation value from register information and information of current profile, and
wherein the control circuit has a function of optimizing a number of the current sources and a number of times of each of the current sources is controlled based on the predicted current variation value.
