1. A diagnostic device coupled to an electronic gaming device, the diagnostic device comprising:
a sensor for sensing an internal condition of the electronic gaming device based upon the diagnostic device being coupled to the electronic gaming device;
a memory with instructions stored thereon; and
a processor in communication with the sensor and the memory, wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
during transportation of the electronic gaming device, receive conditions data from the sensor;
during the transportation of the electronic gaming device, determine that an internal irregularity of the electronic gaming device has occurred during the transportation of the electronic gaming device based on analysis of the conditions data against a threshold; and
cause a remediation action to be initiated based on the internal irregularity.
