1. A system, comprising:
a memory, configured to store information for a plurality of objects; and
a processor, operably coupled with the memory, and configured to:
present, on a user interface, a set of instructions to prepare the plurality of objects for pickup;
receive a message that indicates the plurality of objects being prepared according to the set of instructions are ready for pickup by a delivery vehicle;
present, on the user interface, an alert message that indicates the delivery vehicle has reached a pickup location; and
if the delivery vehicle is an autonomous vehicle, present, on the user interface, metadata configured to unlock the autonomous vehicle.
