1. An apparatus comprising:
a time-sequence circuit structured to output time-sequence data;
a connector circuit structured to adjust at least one of an input to the time-sequence circuit or the time-sequence data outputted by the time-sequence circuit;
a time-sequence interpretation circuit structured to interpret the time-sequence data;
a target interpretation circuit structured to interpret target data;
a time-sequence trend analysis circuit structured to extract a trend from the time-sequence data;
a horizon target analysis circuit structured to:
determine whether the extracted trend furthers or impedes a target defined, in part, by the target data, and
responsive to a determination that the extracted trend impedes the target, generate in real-time, a promotive action command value structured to trigger an adjustment to the connector circuit, wherein the adjustment is structured to mitigate the extracted trend from impeding the target; and
a promotive action provisioning circuit structured to transmit the promotive action command value to the connector circuit.
