1. An optical reader comprising:
at least one image sensor array, the at least one image sensor array comprising a first array having a plurality of pixels, the first array comprising at least a first field of view;
a wireless transceiver; and
a non-transitory memory storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, configure the optical reader to:
capture a first frame of image data corresponding to the first field of view, the first frame of image data comprising an image of a package and at least one adjacent item;
transmit the first frame of image data to at least one server via the wireless transceiver to facilitate remote storage of the image of the package and the at least one adjacent item in association with a package identifier;
decode the at least one adjacent item or information associated with the at least one adjacent item; and
store decoded information in association with the package identifier.
