1. A sizing agent composition, comprising:
a first composition solution, including a polyamic acid, wherein the polyamic acid is formed by subjecting a dianhydride compound and a diamine compound to a reaction, and a viscosity of the first composition solution is 10 cp to 5000 cp; and
a second composition solution, including a polyphenylene ether compound, wherein a molecular weight of the polyphenylene ether compound is 1,000 to 40,000, and a weight ratio of the polyamic acid and the polyphenylene ether compound is 0.1 to 10.
